Frequently asked questions
Questions, answered.
The basics about how GetJales is being built, who it is for, and what early access means.
What is GetJales?
GetJales is a local task marketplace launching in El Paso. People post what they need done, compare offers from local workers, choose who they want to hire, and manage the task through GetJales.
Is GetJales open to the public yet?
Not yet. GetJales is currently collecting early-access signups ahead of its El Paso launch.
How does hiring a worker work?
The marketplace is designed so a posted task can receive offers from workers. You compare the offers and choose the worker who fits your task and budget instead of being automatically assigned someone.
How does payment work?
Payment follows the GetJales task workflow and stays protected while the task is in progress. The product is designed so payment is handled through the platform rather than arranged separately between the poster and worker.
Can I use GetJales to find work?
Yes. Workers can join early access now. When worker access opens, the marketplace is designed to let workers choose which local task opportunities they want to make offers on.
Where is GetJales launching first?
El Paso, Texas. GetJales is starting locally before expanding to additional markets.
How do I join early access?
Go to the GetJales home page, enter your email address, and choose whether you want to get things done or earn money.
